Companies are looking for candidates who are willing to work and possess the skills that will help their companies be successful.  To help men and women demonstrate they are competitive candidates, Challenge Ministries offers four job skills training classes where participants can prepare and gain a competitive edge.

coaching and mentoring

Who do men and women turn to when they need advise or could use a new perspective?  A mentor helps our participants work through challenges.  Challenge Ministries connects its participants with coaches who provide mentoring so they can learn what it takes to succeed in today's market. We also provide a case manager to help you remove barriers to work.
